Happy Cozy Wednesday!!.
Good morning,
Just finished teaching my morning session on zoom and my self-discovery was the practice of accountability.
Most of the time we respond to our feelings. Yoga teaches us body awareness. Mind is hard to control. But physique is easier to grasp then mind follow.
In life we follow same path. We blame others but if we take accountability and our mistakes can be our learning process then easy we can overcome our failures.
Happy rest of the day.
Happy Springs share your yoga love .
Cheers 🫶
Dear friends,
Happy September.
To celebrate National Yoga Month I am offering every morning 30 mins Introductory Yoga session on Zoom.
Practicing self-care, particularly through yoga, first thing in the morning sets a positive tone for the entire day. In the morning, your mind is fresh, your body is rested, and there’s a quiet stillness that allows you to connect deeply with yourself. Morning yoga helps you wake up your muscles, improve circulation, and energize your mind. It’s also a moment of calm before the busyness of the day begins, allowing you to set your intentions and approach the day with clarity and composure.
Morning yoga also promotes better focus, reduces stress, and increases mindfulness, making you more composed and prepared for whatever the day brings. By starting your day with self-care, you prioritize your well-being and establish a healthy routine that boosts your mood, productivity, and overall health.
See you on your mat at home.

I share my observations while teaching and learning from them. In the context of yoga poses, the principle of action and reaction can be related to the subtle body. As you engage in a pose, your body’s movements create a response within the subtle body, involving energy and awareness. It’s a dynamic interplay where the action of the physical body corresponds to reactions within the subtle layers, fostering balance and alignment.

Testimonials
A Master Class with Rajashree Choudary should be an essential part of any dedicated yogi’s practice. I had the good fortune to attend a nearly 3 hour session on Sunday September 22, 2024 at Hot Yoga on the Island and I was able to immediately apply new aspects of her training into my practice the very next day. Rajashree incorporated her long-standing insights gleaned from beginning her practice at age 4 and extending through partnerships with globally recognized practitioners. The class emphasis was on the medical aspects of the practice. As a physician, I was intrigued by her deep mastery of physiologic aspects of the postures and the relevant benefits to be obtained by attention to the details of the asanas in turn. The session was unhurried, allowing for natural expression of the intended energies to synergistically accumulate. Rajashree effortlessly melded her biological and anatomic knowledge with her Indian cultural experiences, often in Sanskrit, to weave a blended experience of holistic healing. I found myself desiring more medical detail than was offered, likely owing to the temporal limitations. The obvious solution, of course, would be to attend future sessions as they become available. The emphasis on the beginning and ending breathing exercises, pranayama deep breathing and kapalabhati breathing, set the stage for the entire class as well as the sense of well being after the end of the class. Her meditations on gratitude during the final savasana were a perfect complement to the outstanding revelations offered during this insightful experience.
