Dear Friends,
Happy New Years.
I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Starting this year, I will be running workshops from Bikram Yoga Encino, which will now serve as my home studio. This change marks a new chapter for me, offering the opportunity to connect and grow with you all in one dedicated space rather than traveling around.
Life has been a profound teacher, especially when it comes to balance. This shift allows me to focus on creating meaningful experiences while continuing to learn and grow alongside you. I’ve come to value the things we sometimes take for granted and the lessons we learn through challenges.
our reflections on balance and priorities resonate deeply. Life often teaches us to value what we may take for granted, and through challenges, we find growth.
This new journey seems to be about finding harmony between passion, personal growth, and appreciating life’s lessons. It’s a beautiful balance of giving to others and nurturing myself.
Join me as we explore the balance between priorities, wellness, and inner growth. Let’s take small steps together toward a fulfilling and transformative practice.
As the year ends, it’s natural to reflect on what we’ve gained or lost. However, staying present and accepting that we did our best can lead to a healthier mindset. Here’s how to focus on key areas without overwhelming yourself:
- Health: Prioritize your physical and mental well-being. Small, consistent steps—like staying active, eating mindfully, and practicing self-care—can have long-lasting effects. Yoga, meditation, or simply walking outdoors can ground you in the present.
- Family: Cherish relationships with loved ones. Even small gestures—like a kind word, a shared meal, or a moment of undistracted attention—can nurture bonds and create lasting memories.
- Social Involvement: Engage in acts of kindness and give back to your community. Doing good karma doesn’t have to be grand; simple acts, like helping a neighbor or supporting a cause, can make a meaningful difference while fostering a sense of purpose.
- Small Steps, Not Long Lists: Avoid overwhelming resolutions. Focus on one achievable goal at a time, building habits that align with what truly matters to you.
Finally, do what you enjoy. Life is too precious to fill it only with obligations. Embrace what brings you joy and fulfillment, and let that be your guide as you step into the new year. I look forward to seeing you in this shared space of learning and connection.
Stay tuned for workshop details and schedules!
Have a Happy New Year
Warm Regards,
Yours Rajashree
