Happy February !!

Who wants to join me to stretch when you get up from the bed?
In the winter season, I always experience that its hard physically and mentally to give up a comfortable warm place when it comes to working out in the morning. I have a series of stretching poses that will make your body warm and flexible and breathing exercises that will help to energize your prana so you can get out of your comfort zone.

Are you ready?
Why do you practice in the morning?

  1. Best time for yourself, it’s out of the way for the rest of your day to accomplish and balances energy.
  2. It regulates a healthy appetite and emotion.

How to set up my place?
To practice yoga and stretch, you only need your body. You can add a yoga mat, room heater in winter, or a hot shower before and drink a glass of lukewarm water.

Who can join?
Anyone can join. We all practice with our own limits. There is only progress with regularity and feeling good after.

Are we ready?
I will join you and practice myself. I need it badly. It will be USA time.
